How Found saved 80% by replacing their existing testing platform
We use aptitude testing as the first stage in our recruitment process and have done for a number of years. As we get a large number of graduates with similar skills and experience, it provides a quick way for us to find out if they have the raw aptitude needed for some of our more technical roles.
Aptitude testing has become a big part of our recruitment process, because it’s just such a fast and affordable way to screen candidates early. We’ve used a number of different platforms in the past and generally speaking, we’ve had a good experience across the board.
Excellent value
As a platform, it’s not particularly different to the other platforms we used. They all seem to have a range of tests and a nice dashboard to see your results. What I particularly valued about Neuroworx is they were more affordable. They also created a custom package for my business which is really important for an SME like mine
