All you need to know before you start
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Your first 5 candidate results are free, with no credit card required. Further results stay locked until you choose a paid plan. On Growth, you are then billed $12 for each candidate who completes an assessment.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Start on Growth and move to a Scale block when your monthly volume justifies it, or change your block size from your billing page whenever you like. A change takes effect from your next billing period, and the current period is billed against the block it started on. You can cancel a Scale block at any time; it runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
What happens if I exceed my Scale block?
Candidates who complete beyond your block in a billing period are billed at the Growth rate of $12 per candidate on the same monthly invoice. Your block is not repriced. The block fee is a fixed monthly charge for that block. Only completed assessments count, so a candidate who starts and does not finish is never counted against your block or billed as overage.
How long does setup take?
Most teams are live within minutes. Choose a role template, send candidates a single link, and start receiving scored results the same day.
Do candidates need to create an account?
No. One branded link, any device, no downloads. Candidates start immediately. In the customer deployments we have measured, 93% of candidates who start a remote assessment complete it.
Can I customise the assessments?
Enterprise plans include fully tailored assessments built by our psychometric team. Growth and Scale plans use 70+ pre-built role templates designed by assessment specialists.
What is the cost of a bad hire?
It depends on the role, but a mis-hire means recruiting again, lost output while the seat is empty or underperforming, and management time. A single Neuroworx assessment costs a small fraction of a rehire and gives you evidence before you decide.
