Candidate Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to you as a candidate completing an assessment delivered through the Neuroworx platform. Please read them carefully before starting your assessment.

1. About your assessment

You have been invited to complete an assessment by an organisation using the Neuroworx platform. The assessment is designed to evaluate skills and capabilities relevant to the role you have applied for.

2. Your data

The organisation that invited you to complete this assessment is the data controller for your assessment results. Neuroworx acts as a data processor on their behalf.

Your assessment data will be:

• Used by the hiring organisation to inform their recruitment decision
• Stored securely on Neuroworx’s platform
• Retained for the period specified by the hiring organisation (typically up to 24 months)
• Not sold or shared with third parties other than as required to provide the service

3. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request access to your assessment data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to the hiring organisation’s legal obligations)
• Object to processing in certain circumstances

4. Assessment conduct

You agree to:

• Complete the assessment honestly and without assistance unless permitted
• Not share assessment questions or content with others
• Not attempt to access the platform other than to complete your assigned assessment

5. Reasonable adjustments

If you require reasonable adjustments due to a disability or other condition, please inform the hiring organisation before starting your assessment. We are committed to ensuring all candidates have a fair opportunity to demonstrate their abilities.

6. Results

Assessment results will be provided to the hiring organisation. You may request feedback on your results directly from the organisation that invited you.
